Pure Equilibrium is an alternative healing approach. My treatments are about rejuvenating your skin and your body, leaving you refreshed emotionally and physically.

As well as traditional aromatherapy massage techniques, Pure Equilibrium offers facials, Indian head massage, reflexology and clinical/sport massage.

Based in Nathalie’s home in the coastal village of St Mary’s Bay, Kent, the treatment room has its own private entrance with free parking. When Nathalie isn’t working in this space, she often spends time to relax and recharge her body and mind here too.

Welcome to the quiet sanctuary of Pure Equilibrium. Let Nathalie ease you into calm and relaxation, away from day to day stresses, using a variety of salon treatments & clinical techniques, to relax your mind, body and soul.

Massages

AROMATHERAPY - using a blend of specific essential oils to suit each client. from 30 minutes to 2 hours of bliss.

All massages will use a mix of hot stones, hand free and specific techniques to help relax tension in the body and mind.

THE JING METHOD - Clinical & Sport massage that aim to reduce pain and increase movement within 1 to 6 treatments - a 60 minute treatment, including Orthopaedic test & stretching.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology can induce a deep state of relaxation whilst cleansing the body of toxins, stimulating the central nervous system and boosting circulation. It can have health benefits for a variety of conditions, easing pain, speeding up recovery after injury or surgery and helping with depression and sleep disorders. This treatment is used on the FEET, the HANDS or the FACE.

Facials

FACE THE WORLD - a signature choreographed facial that looks after your skin, your body and your mind, and will transport you into a feeling of bliss.

Zone Face Lift - Lift your skin and spirit. These treatment focuses on reflexes of the face, which stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms, help improve circulation, nerve conduction and encourage the release of toxins from the body via the lymphatic system.
